与食物的关系就如同和人的关系一样,需要平等对待、给彼此足够的时间,学会欣赏,却又不过度关注、紧抓不放,保持随和与中立。

每天依旧是七点左右起床——运动,或散步或健身;学习,或日语或读书。

在九点钟左右是一顿碳水化合物与油脂旺盛的早餐,却是受到了社交网络的影响,总是想混合那些流行的食材,再刻意的摆盘拍照——传统燕麦片、蛋白粉、苹果或香蕉、花生酱、坚果与莓果、肉桂粉。但是作为一个以抗社交媒体、减包装加工食品为目标的人,自然排除了蛋白粉与速冻莓子,而是放水煮大豆以及自己烤制研磨的花生酱。

当食物被花费一定时间制作出来,味道似乎产生了变化,更加的可人与纯味,虽然也知很多时候只是”前三口“的乐趣。

努力想要和食物保持平和的关系——不计算热量,不思虑什么该吃什么不该吃,不过多的限制,喜欢现存的食物,没有时也无关紧要,饥时填饱肚子,饿时有些零食。

虽然基因中携带着热爱高油、高脂、高糖食物的因子,但是这些食物只要不作为正餐或者每日必吃,在日常中也保持适当的距离,那么就算是相安无事。却也意识到,正是因为运动以及营养学书籍的阅读,让自己对食物保有过度的关注,这正是自己想要放下的部分。

感受身体的知觉,而不是用数字、重量、盘子的大小、视觉味觉的想象决定进食行为。

当给辣椒足够的时间,进行充分的咀嚼,整个口腔都会被辣椒素充满,辛辣的,甚至觉得喉咙马上就要肿起。相比于囫囵吞枣的下咽,却又叫喊还不够辣还要更多更辣,粉碎的辣椒可以给人更好的鲜辣体验。

就好像真正相处起来,经过一段时间,才会知道对方是谁,特性,以及找到共处的方式。大吃特吃之后感觉到胃部烧痛,只是因为没有和嘴巴相处的时间太短。

在我尝试细嚼慢咽时,一盘饭菜中一个小小的指天椒,正在发挥着最大的威力。

每一天以类似的方式开启,在勾勾点点中以类似的方式结束。情绪在期间流淌,无波的,保持着一种中立。

于是当波动产生时那么显眼,急躁似乎跃然脸上。处理的方式则是保持远离,独处,行走,感受情绪的来去。万般原尤皆是对自己的太过重视。关于Self-love的内容漫山遍野,一个面膜就可以定义满足——因为也是关爱的一种达成嘛。

不知对不对,有时候觉得不应看重,有时候却为静默烦恼。自我就这么顽固的存在,不想发出巨大的声音,却还想被人放在重要的位置。这是一种矛盾,离开中心的自我选择是一种自弃,明明都是外物,为何不放下。

定下了阅读《存在与虚无》的目标,进展大概每天两页,之后进入睡眠。读起小说明明可以不眠不休,白天瞪着一双困眼。

趋向于简单顺遂,觉得何不放任,只是过去两日又觉偏离轨迹。种种的矛盾中,一时觉得只是享受当下,手中有什么,就沉浸下去好了,一时又觉得那怕磕磕绊绊,也要向着想要的方向前进。当然每一刻都挺愉快的,并不需要找什么借口就可以转折心思,不对自己进行责备。

没有梦想的人生,就在小目标的步步接近中渡过吧。
