Use your bed only for sleep and sex.

需不需要換床單被套!

現在這個 mattress 真的不是很舒服。

可是買好的 mattress 好麻煩哦。

至少先買好的床單被套吧 ~

還有哪些呢?

Some useful tips:

  1. Turn off electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
  2. If you don’t fall asleep after 20 minutes, get out of bed. Go do a quiet activity without a lot of light exposure.
  3. Set a bedtime that is early enough for you to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.
  4. Don’t go to bed unless you are sleepy.
  5. Avoid consuming caffeine in the afternoon or evening.
  6. Avoid consuming alcohol before bedtime.
  7. Reduce your fluid intake before bedtime.
