開啟台灣首個非官方Mastodon站點

好網站 Taiwan.wtf 不來嗎？

其實我手邊有個網域 taiwan.wtf 持有很久了，今天因緣際會下把它拿來啟用開始提供 Mastodon服務，網址好記又好笑。
